Located 40km west of the Melbourne CBD, Atherstone is a new residential estate developed by Lendlease. Activated green spaces are an essential part of the overall masterplan. 

Aurora Estate is a large-scale residential development on Melbourne’s northern fringe. Rather than rely only on traditional entry signage, we were approached by Spiire, on behalf of Lendlease, to create a truly memorable play structure experience for visitors and locals alike.

Parks Victoria wanted to provide a faster, safer and more direct journey for the community to walk, run and cycle along the popular Bay Trail between Williamstown and Point Cook Coastal Park, west of Melbourne.
