A year of highlights, FORGED together

A year of highlights, FORGED together

As the year draws to a close, we wanted to reach out to say a heartfelt ‘thank you’ for being an important part of the FORGE story in 2025.

Your continued support is deeply appreciated and something we never take for granted.

Reflecting on the past 12 months, it has been a year defined by a diverse range of memorable projects and outstanding client outcomes. It was also a great year for our business, marked by a historic milestone: in March, we officially rebranded as FORGE.

Driven by a period of sustained growth and expansion, the transformation of our project portfolio and service capabilities has also continued—underpinned by the confidence, clarity and efficiencies delivered through our unique point of difference, the FORGE Methodology.

Throughout 2025, the FORGE team have collaborated tirelessly with our clients on high-profile public infrastructure projects in communities across Australia. Just some of the highlights include AILA award-winning outcomes for the Ian Stromborg Play Space and Pendle Hill Civic Park & Wetlands in NSW, and Billubera Park and Casuarina Park in QLD.

As we head into the summer holiday period, a diverse mix of projects are nearing completion and set to open to the public next year. Access projects include Alamora and Allura communities (both VIC), as well as the M6 infrastructure project, Kolombo Creek and the Woolooware Development (all NSW). Play projects include Wrinklewort Park (VIC), Coree Park (ACT), John Bray Park (QLD), and Gunyama Park, The Gables Foreshore Park, and the Sydney Children's Hospital Playground (all NSW). Shade structures include the M12 Leaf Canopies and Dear Park Shelters (both NSW).

Looking ahead to 2026, FORGE is gearing up for another memorable year, with planning and delivery already underway on major government-funded community infrastructure projects.

These include the striking 1.5km Tamworth Regional Skywalk; a critical network of remote bridges along the Dorrigo Escarpment Great Walk in northern NSW; and a new 160-metre suspension bridge spanning the Richmond River in Casino, designed to enhance flood resilience and serve the local community for generations to come—just to name a few.

As Australia’s relationship with the outdoor public realm continues to shift, we continue to shift with it—both as a team and as individuals—guided by our passion to ‘Unlock the outdoors’.

On behalf of everyone at FORGE, we wish you and your family a safe and enjoyable holiday period.

We look forward to the opportunity of working with you once again in 2026.

Warmest regards,

Ian & Roger Joyce
