Following a competitive EOI and tender process, FORGE has been awarded the design and construction of a series of major lookouts for the Great Ocean Road Coastal Trail. Working alongside Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action of Victoria (DEECA) and the project team, FORGE will deliver bespoke viewing structures at key locations along the trail, creating new places for visitors to stop, take in the coastline, and connect with the surrounding landscape.
The lookouts form part of the broader Great Ocean Road Coastal Trail, a landmark project that will open new sections of Victoria's coastline to hikers while improving access to some of the state's most spectacular natural areas. With more than 55 years of experience delivering bridges, boardwalks, lookouts and visitor infrastructure, FORGE is proud to contribute to a project that will be enjoyed by visitors for generations to come.
